Before you write

• The game is on the current build — see the download page.
• A match that ended strangely: note the map and the time; the server keeps a record we can look up.
• A linked account you cannot reach: the sign-in mail can take a minute and sometimes lands in spam.

Repro steps and a screenshot are worth more than a paragraph. Say what you expected and what happened instead.
