Delete your account

In the game: SETTINGS › ACCOUNT › DELETE ACCOUNT. It asks twice, and the second press starts it.

What happens

• You are signed out on every device straight away.
• The account is erased seven days later. Signing in again inside that week cancels it — no support ticket, no waiting on us.
• After the seven days, the callsign, the e-mail address and every way of signing in are gone.
• Matches you played stay, with your side of them anonymous. A result is a record of the other player’s evening too, and a rating that moved is a rating that moved.

If you have uninstalled the game

The account is unreachable without the device secret the game kept, so there is nothing left to sign in with and nothing further to do — unless you linked an e-mail address or a Steam account, in which case install the game again, sign in, and use the button above.

Failing that, write to support from the address you linked. We will not delete an account on the word of somebody who cannot show they own it, which is the same rule that protects yours.

A copy first

The same screen offers a download of everything the account owns, as one JSON file. Take it before you press delete; afterwards there is nothing to take a copy of.
